By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing products from Austral International, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Austral International," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Austral International and, where applicable, Power Mower Corp.
2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes, including researching and purchasing products offered for sale.
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
Interfere with website security or operation
Introduce malicious software or harmful code
Use automated methods to disrupt or improperly access our systems
Submit false or misleading information
Impersonate another person or organization

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action when we believe the website is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Product Information
Austral International sells replacement parts, engines, equipment, accessories, and related products from various manufacturers.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information. However, manufacturers may change specifications, designs, packaging, part numbers, applications, availability, or other product characteristics without notice.
Product photographs are provided for reference and may not always represent every detail of the product currently supplied by the manufacturer.
Customers should rely primarily on manufacturer part numbers, model information, serial numbers, specifications, and other application data when determining compatibility.
4. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.
Replacement parts may look identical or similar while having different specifications or applications.
When applicable, customers should verify products using information such as:
Manufacturer
Model number
Serial number
Type number
Specification number
Engine model
Engine serial number
Equipment identification information
Manufacturer part number
If you are unsure whether a product is correct for your application, please contact Austral International before ordering.
Compatibility assistance provided by our staff is based on the information supplied by the customer and information reasonably available to us.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate equipment identification information.
5. Manufacturer Part Number Supersessions
Manufacturers periodically discontinue or replace older part numbers.
When a manufacturer officially supersedes an older part number, Austral International may supply the current manufacturer-designated replacement.
Receiving a manufacturer-approved superseding part number does not, by itself, mean that the wrong product was shipped.
Product appearance, packaging, labeling, or minor design details may change as part of a manufacturer supersession.
6. Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Although we attempt to prevent pricing errors, typographical, technical, manufacturer, supplier, or data-feed errors may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing error is discovered, we may contact the customer with available options or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.
We are not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously erroneous price when permitted by applicable law.
7. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
Products may be:
In stock at our location
Stocked at another warehouse
Available from a distributor
Shipped directly from a manufacturer
Temporarily backordered
Special ordered
Discontinued
Superseded
Unavailable
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that every product has been allocated or is immediately available for shipment.
If an availability issue materially affects an order, we may contact the customer regarding available options.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of every item ordered.
We reserve the right, when permitted by law, to review, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment authorization problems
Suspected fraud
Shipping restrictions
Incorrect customer information
Manufacturer or distributor restrictions
Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we cancel a paid order or item that has not been fulfilled, we will issue an applicable refund.
9. Payment
Customers must provide accurate and authorized payment information.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors and financial institutions.
We may perform reasonable verification or fraud-prevention checks before processing or shipping an order.
An authorization or pending charge from a financial institution does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or shipped.
10. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be collected based on the order, shipping destination, products purchased, and applicable tax requirements.
Customers claiming a tax exemption are responsible for providing valid documentation when required.
International customers may be responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, or other governmental fees as described in our Shipping Policy.
11. Shipping
Orders may ship from Austral International, a distribution warehouse, manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or other fulfillment location.
Shipping charges, available methods, processing, multiple shipments, backorders, international shipments, tracking, freight, delivery estimates, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
12. Expedited Shipping
Selecting an expedited shipping method does not necessarily mean that an order will ship immediately.
Expedited service generally applies to carrier transit after the product has been processed and made ready for shipment.
Customers with time-sensitive requirements should contact us before ordering to confirm product availability whenever possible.
13. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact Austral International as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has:
Entered processing
Been submitted to a warehouse
Been submitted to a manufacturer or distributor
Been specially ordered
Been prepared for shipment
Shipped
Orders that have already shipped are generally subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
14. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must obtain return instructions before sending merchandise back.
Eligible returned products generally must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in new and resalable condition.
Some products are not returnable.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
15. Electrical and Electronic Parts — Final Sale
Electrical and electronic parts are not returnable. All sales of electrical and electronic parts are final.
This restriction applies whether or not the package has been opened.
Electrical and electronic products may include, but are not limited to:
Control modules and electronic control units
Ignition components
Coils
Sensors
Solenoids
Relays
Switches
Regulators and rectifiers
Electronic displays and gauges
Circuit boards
Wiring harnesses
Electrical components
Other electrically operated or electronically controlled replacement parts
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing electrical or electronic products.
Ordering the incorrect electrical or electronic part does not make the product eligible for return or exchange.
If Austral International shipped a different electrical or electronic part from the product actually ordered, contact us before installing, connecting, or using the product.
A product believed to be defective may be subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are separate from returns.
16. Special-Order and Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may be designated as special order, custom, final sale, or otherwise non-returnable.
A product specifically sourced for a customer's order may also be subject to return restrictions.
Applicable restrictions disclosed before purchase form part of the terms of sale for that product.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions regarding return eligibility.
17. Restocking and Return Costs
Eligible returns may be subject to applicable restocking fees as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless a return results from an error by Austral International or another circumstance for which we accept responsibility, customers may be responsible for return shipping and other applicable return costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
18. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by Austral International may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Austral International or Power Mower Corp.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, claim procedures, and available remedies are determined by the applicable manufacturer.
Please review our Warranty Policy for additional information.
19. Defective Products
A product believed to be defective does not automatically qualify for a return, refund, or replacement.
Manufacturer warranty procedures may require:
Inspection
Testing
Troubleshooting
Manufacturer authorization
Proof of purchase
Diagnosis by an authorized service provider
Additional product or equipment information
Contact Austral International before returning a product believed to be defective.
20. Installation and Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed, maintained, and used correctly and in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
Some products should be installed, diagnosed, programmed, calibrated, or serviced by qualified technicians.
Austral International is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect application, modification, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
21. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.
If merchandise arrives damaged or if we shipped a product materially different from the product ordered, contact Austral International promptly.
Keep the product, shipping carton, manufacturer packaging, packing materials, and shipping label until instructions are provided.
Photographs or other documentation may be required.
Do not install or use merchandise you believe was shipped incorrectly.
22. International Orders
International customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported, possessed, installed, or used in their destination country.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees, and other governmental or carrier charges.
Unless expressly included during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Additional international shipping terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.
23. Website Accounts
Customers may have the option to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict accounts associated with suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
24. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, databases, and other original content owned by Austral International or Power Mower Corp., is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names, and part numbers belong to their respective owners.
References to manufacturer trademarks or part numbers are used for identification, compatibility, informational, or product-sale purposes and do not necessarily imply endorsement beyond any actual authorized commercial relationship.
25. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to manufacturers, suppliers, payment providers, carriers, or other third-party websites and services.
Third-party websites operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Austral International and Power Mower Corp. are not responsible for third-party website content or practices.
26. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability and accurate functionality.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, security events, internet outages, or other circumstances.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austral International and Power Mower Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or this website when such damages may lawfully be excluded.
This may include, where permitted by law, losses associated with:
Equipment downtime
Loss of use
Lost profits or revenue
Rental equipment

Business interruption
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except for any express written warranty provided by Austral International or rights that cannot legally be excluded, products are sold subject to the warranties, if any, provided by their respective manufacturers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austral International and Power Mower Corp. disclaim additional warranties not expressly provided in writing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power Mower Corp. and Austral International from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of products purchased from us.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
